Individual prints

Bordeks makes individual prints, directly on the product or on a collective package. Using color printing or label technology, products can be marked with a logo, message or promotional slogan, which will enable them to effectively reach customers.  
In agreed cases, at the customer's request or for smaller orders, we offer the creation of an aesthetic label that can be glued directly to the product or collective packaging. 
Moreover, instead of printing or labeling, we can emboss a logo, sign or other pattern on a plastic lid or paper cup. In the embossing process, we obtain very impressive relief images, both concave and convex, and in both cases we obtain a spatial effect. Embossing can be used on both printed and unprinted surfaces.
Products are packed using flow-pack machines or traditionally by hand.

• plastic and paper cups with capacities from 100 ml to 500 ml, 
• plastic and paper containers from 125 ml to 2000 ml
• glasses and goblets, similar glass,
• cups, bowls and paper containers from 100 ml to 1000 ml
• cutlery set with accessories such as napkin, sugar, pepper, salt - printing on collective packaging,
• packaging of plastic cups in various capacities from 200 ml to 500 ml,
• packaging of plastic plates from 160 mm to 220 mm in diameter, round or octagonal
• plastic bags, plastic bags, HDPE bags
• paper bags - block and folded, 
• bags for briquettes or coal
• paper napkins - white and colored
• wrapping papers 
• other types of materials and thicknesses, e.g. tablecloths

All prints (e.g. logo, brand) are made using CMYK or in OFFSET, full color or shades of gray. We advise you to achieve the best printing effect. Additionally, we make labels for unit packaging, cartons and pallets according to the provided design.
To create a visualization and estimate the order, you need a file with the logo or advertising sign in the .cdr, .eps, .ai or pdf format.

Examples of prints:

Plastic cups

Prints on plastic cups of the PS, PP, PET type are made on smooth surfaces without ridges and edges to 100% fill of this field. The most commonly printed cups are:

• for Beer with capacities of 300ml, 400ml, 500ml in transparent or white colors
• for beverages with capacities of 200ml, 300ml in transparent or white colors
• shake type with capacities from 200ml to 550ml in transparent colors
• For each cup, appropriate plastic lids with or without a hole are available.

The minimum order quantity is 2,000 pieces of a type, but after agreement, occasional production in smaller quantities is possible. We realize printing on the entire surface of the cup from 30,000 pieces of a given type of cup.

PAPER CUPS

We print a logo or slogan on paper cups from 1,000 pieces of each type of cup. We also print on the entire surface of the cup and offset printing for orders of no less than 30,000 pieces of a given type of cup.
Types of paper cups:

• single-layer
• two-layer with or without an air chamber
• two-layer ribbed

Available capacities from 100ml to 500ml. Print area up to 100%.
We kindly inform you that the unit price of the element is influenced by the number of print colors from 1 to 7, as well as the size of the order.

Paper bowls, paper bags, wrapping paper, napkins

We print on bowls made of smooth paper. They are mainly intended for ice cream, yoghurts, snacks, salads, soups, etc. They can be white or with a standard print. We make individual prints according to orders from 10,000 pieces.
Types of bowls - all white, with capacities: 130 ml, 245 ml, 350 ml, 360 ml, 870 ml, 1000 ml.

We make prints on paper bags and wrapping paper made of various paper weights and colours. We make individual prints according to orders from 100,000 pieces.

We make prints on paper napkins made of various paper weights and colours. We make individual prints according to orders from 100,000 pieces.

Napkins are available in the following sizes:

• 15x15cm 1 layer
• 17x17cm 1 layer
• 33x33cm 1/2/3 layer ¼ fold
• 33x33cm 1/2/3 layer 1/8 fold
• 33x32cm 1/2/3 layer fold dispenser

The color of the napkin for printing is optional

Cutlery

We print on bags made of ldpe foil or cellophane, quantity in sets packed according to the customer's wishes. The weight, size, color of the cutlery along with accessories (e.g. napkin, sugar, pepper or salt sachets) can be adjusted to the needs. We pack the cutlery in highly transparent packaging. It is also possible to make an aesthetic label, stuck directly on the collective packaging.

Product labelling

Labels are perfect for low-volume bulk packaging of cutlery, plates, trays or cups or for cardboard packaging for pizza or snacks. In this case, the customer does not incur the cost of preparing printing machines, but pays only for the product itself. The coloured or black and white label is stuck directly onto the packaging.

Marking by embossing a logo

Marking by embossing is used to mark, among others, cardboard and paper products and articles made of some plastics (e.g. cup lids). The heated matrix and high pressure of the machine transfer the logo or other mark to the item to be marked, e.g. a cup. In addition, we have the possibility of marking metallic foil or obtaining a modern embossing effect.
